**Job Requirements\\*** Role: Blue Yonder Application Support Required Technical Skill: PL/SQL, UNIX, Blue Yonder Desired Experience Range 4+ years of hands-on experience **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** ***Must-Have*** - Good hands-on Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL. - Good hands-on experience on Unix/Shell Scripting. - Work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. - Good Communication, Presentation and Client Facing Skills. ***Good-to-Have*** - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to supply chain management and JDA Blue Yonder technology. - Configure and Support JDA Blue Yonder solutions including modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization and SCPO technology. - Provide ongoing support for JDA Blue Yonder application, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement enhancements as needed. - Good hands-on experience on Supply Chain Processes - Experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain - Distribution business domain. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Checking for the jobs are successfully started/completed. 2. Improve Applications Performance. 3. Checking daily logs, system status of JDA application. 4. Running the batch jobs. 5. Troubleshooting of failed jobs. 6. Resolving technical issues and provide technical suggestion/solution. 7. Restarting the JDA application as per the user request. Onsite Offshore team coordination
