**Job Role :** Change Management **Location:** Noida **Experience:** 6-12 Years **Key Responsibilities** - Manage the end-to-end Change Management process in line with ITIL standards. - Review, assess, and coordinate Normal, Standard, and Emergency Changes. - Conduct Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure proper approvals. - Evaluate change risks, impacts, dependencies, and implementation plans. - Ensure changes are implemented with minimal disruption to business services. - Monitor and report change success rates, compliance, and KPIs. - Coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, and business teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Change Management processes. - Maintain accurate documentation, audit records, and change schedules. **Required Skills** - 6-12 years of experience in IT Service Management or Change Management. - Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management processes and best practices. - Experience managing enterprise-level change requests and CAB activities. - Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of risk assessment, change impact analysis, and governance. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
