**Job Title:** Citrix Administrator **Location:** Chennai **Experience:** 15 - 18 Years **Key Responsibilities:** - Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) environments - Manage Citrix infrastructure including StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, and NetScaler/ADC - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes - Perform upgrades, patches, and system enhancements - Ensure security, access control, and compliance standards are met - Work closely with infrastructure, network, and security teams - Provide L3/L4 support and mentor junior administrators - Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs **Required Skills:** - Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops - Expertise in Citrix NetScaler / ADC - Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies - Knowledge of VMware / HyperV virtualization - Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills Thanks mohamedzainab.siddiqha@tcs.com
