**Locations** - Noida **Exp** - 4-8 yrs **Skill** - EUC- Desktop **Role descriptions** - Knowledge on Intune Reporting and software compliance - OS creation/deployment on Microsoft Windows 10/11 lifecycle including In Place Upgrade - Ability to resolve end users’ issues related to system performance, Software deployment - Knowledge and experience of Modern Workplace solutions, including windows 11, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Intune - Knowledge on ITIL Standards in IT Infrastructure Management - Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems - Able to work on VDI creation request - Knowledge on ITSM tools like Service now - Strong Knowledge in troubleshooting the issues related to Patch and application Failures - Knowledge on SCCM and Intune error logs behavior - Able to find and mitigate the vulnerability in the workstations - Knowledge on MS Teams, One Drive and O365 functionality
