**Job Title:** EUC Engineer iMac & JAMF **Location:** Chennai **Experience:** 5–10 Years **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and support **Apple iMac/MacBook devices** across the organization - Administer and maintain **JAMF Pro (device enrollment, configuration, patching, policies)** - Handle **Mac OS troubleshooting, upgrades, and performance tuning** - Provide **end-user support** for hardware, software, and OS-related issues - Manage **software deployment, updates, and security compliance** via JAMF - Integrate Macs with enterprise tools like **Active Directory/Azure AD** - Monitor endpoint health, generate reports, and ensure compliance adherence - Collaborate with IT teams for **infrastructure, security, and network support** **Required Skills** - Strong experience with **Mac OS (iMac/MacBook support)** - Hands-on expertise in **JAMF Pro administration** - Knowledge of **device management, patching, and endpoint security** - Experience with **AD/Azure AD integration for Mac devices** - Good understanding of **ITIL processes and ticketing tools** - Basic knowledge of **networking and scripting (Shell preferred)** **Preferred Skills** - JAMF certification (preferred) - Exposure to **Intune or other MDM tools** - Experience in enterprise EUC environments Thanks mohamedzainab.siddiqha@tcs.com
