Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Exchange Platforms and Services through industry best practices. - Administration of Exchange 2019/2016 Servers and M365, including migrations, Journaling, and archive issues. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Hybrid Environment and all the involved installations and configurations. - Deep familiarity with the Standard Messaging Protocols like SMTP, IMAP, POP3, TLS, etc., - Very good working knowledge of Certificate Installation, Configuration, and renewal for the Organization's Exchange Services and underlying infrastructure. - Good Knowledge of the Email encryption and decryption mechanism and its implementation and customization as per the organizational needs. - Strong expertise in SMTP Email Relay Services to securely deliver and manage the organizational email relay traffic. - Creating and managing the custom connectors as per the organization's requirements. - Manage the service availability of all Services as per the Service Level Agreement with the customer. - Handle all the technical issues from customers and Level 2 engineers. - Follow the ITIL process for Change, Problem, and Incident management.
