**Role & responsibilities** - Strong hands-on experience with **Grafana (dashboarding, alerting, plugins)** - Experience working with **real-time / streaming data pipelines** - Proven experience in monitoring: - IT infrastructure - Servers and network systems - Experience integrating with: - **Splunk or similar logging platforms** - **ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools** - Knowledge of data sources such as Prometheus, Elasticsearch, InfluxDB, or similar - Experience with **REST APIs and data integrations** - Understanding of **IFrame embedding and secure dashboard sharing mechanisms** - Strong scripting skills (Python / Bash / JavaScript preferred) - Proficiency in version control (Git)
