**Location** -Kolkata **Exp** -4-8 years **Skills** -MIM **Responsibilities** - Experience in decision-making processes during incident response, investigation, recovery, and restoration to normal operations. - Experience in working in SLA based and 24/7 support model. - Major incident management in SLA based 24/7 support model. - Perform PIR for every MI. - Drive bridge calls with different stakeholders towards MI resolution. - Drive stand up call with customer based on the status of last MIs. - Proper handover and take over notes update with the incoming and outgoing shifts.
