Job description

- Must have good written and verbal communication skills - Experience in creating detailed documents (SOP's, spreadsheets, flow & process diagrams) - Configuration and Maintaining Cisco Router and Switches - Experience with wireless technologies (Juniper MIST/Cisco Wireless preferred) - Experience in Monitoring Logs in Splunk - Experience and coordinating with Cisco TAC Engineers for Advance Troubleshooting - Experience with voice technologies desired - Network & Security configuration management - Technologies configuration & troubleshooting connectivity issues involving, VLAN, SDWAN, MPLS, Cradle-point, Broadband DIA, Wireless and OSPF, BGP, STP, EtherChannel protocols - Strong coordination experience in on-call support and bridge call handling - Strong L2 troubleshooting skills across switches, routers, and wireless technologies
