**Location** - Noida **Exp** - 10-15 years **Skills** -Nexthink/CVA Admin **Responsibilities** - Design, implement, deliver, and validate Nexthink experience features (both front end and back end). - Need to have strong knowledge in performing baseline analysis using Nexthink telemetry data for environment gaps. - Able to provide a roadmap to constantly improve the overall Digital Experience Score. - Able to create custom dashboards, investigations, alerts, and monitor trends. - Creation of custom remote actions must use Nexthink PowerShell scripting standards. - Sound knowledge in PowerShell script with error handling for creating custom remote actions in Nexthink. - Sound knowledge in troubleshooting Windows operating system issues and basic in MAC OS.
