**Role & responsibilities** - Monitor and analyze DEX metrics using Nexthink. - Develop and optimize NQL queries, dashboards, and custom categories. - Implement and manage Remote Actions, alerts, and diagnostics. - Integrate Nexthink with tools like Splunk, ServiceNow, and Azure Apps. - Utilize Nexthink APIs and connectors for seamless data flow. - Maintain and automate tasks using PowerShell scripts. - Apply the Nexthink data model for accurate reporting and insights. - Collaborate with IT teams to improve endpoint performance and user satisfaction. - Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for digital experience issues. - Familiarity with RBAC roles and campaign management. - Ability to translate technical insights into business impact.
