Experience in SharePoint On-Premise 2013/2016/2019 & SharePoint Online Administration, support, and configuration of the Microsoft Office 365 platform including Exchange Online and MS teams Experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI Providing high-level employee satisfaction for all engagements, including all priority incidents, enhancements, and projects. Basic knowledge on Azure AD, single sign-on, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, Microsoft 365 security and compliance, Ediscovery, Sensitivity Labels
