**Role**-Oracle Database Administrator. **Experience**-8 to 12 yrs. **Location**-Chennai. **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** - Oracle DBA with 11g, 12c &19c experience on UNIX (Solaris/Aix /RHEL/Linux) and Windows Operating system. Working experience on Oracle/AWS Cloud is desirable - Experience in core DBA & RAC, Data Guard implementation, monitoring activities & troubleshooting (RAC,ASM & DG), Strong experience in monitoring and managing large database setups - Experience in core DBA & RAC, Data Guard implementation, monitoring activities & troubleshooting (RAC & DG), Strong experience in monitoring and managing large database setups - Good in Oracle RDBMS 11g/12c/19c architecture concepts - Usage of data dictionary views and Good Knowledge on Golden Gate - Space management, Undo Management, User management - Partitioning of tables - Experience in database patching. - Experience in migrating & upgrading databases - Managing Redo log and Archive log files - Backup and recovery methods - Logical backup and recovery using data pump, export/import - Working experience in RMAN, SQL loader & Data Pump - Oracle network configuration (listener and tnsnames) - Trouble shooting database issues - Strong experience SQL and PL/SQL knowledge - Shell scripting shell, Born & c shell. - Should be good in Performance tuning using AWR, Explain Plan and TKprof. - Should have experience in RAC configuration & administration Data Guard (physical standby) administration & implementation **Good-to-Have** Working Knowledge of Non-SQL databases like MSSQL, Oracle, DB2 LUW, Casandra & Cockroach
