**Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, including Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Costing, Statutory, Reconciliation, and Payment Methods. - Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions using Oracle HCM Payroll modules. - Implement and configure payroll processes according to client needs and industry regulations. - Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, data discrepancies, and system errors. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, Gratuity Act etc. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 6-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll consulting or implementation projects. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations regarding salary structures.
