**Job Title:** Software Distribution & Patch Management Engineer **Experience:** 5-10 Years **Location:** Chennai **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end software distribution and patch deployment across servers and end-user devices - Plan, test, schedule, and deploy OS and application patches - Monitor patch compliance and generate regular reports - Troubleshoot issues related to software installation and patch failures - Coordinate with IT security and infrastructure teams to address vulnerabilities - Maintain documentation, SOPs, and patch management processes - Ensure minimal disruption to business during deployments **Required Skills & Experience:** - Hands on experience in software distribution and patch management - Hands-on experience with tools such as SCCM/MECM, WSUS, Intune, or similar - Strong knowledge of Windows OS patching (Servers & Endpoints) - Basic understanding of scripting (PowerShell preferred) - Experience working in enterprise IT environments - Good communication and coordination skills Thanks mohamedzainab.siddiqha@tcs.com
