**Location** -Pune **Exp** -5-7 **Skills** -ServiceNow CMDB **Responsibilities** - Provide expert-level Tier 3 support for complex ServiceNow issues while mentoring junior members. - Engage with customers to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions. - Design and implement solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, Catalog). - Lead and manage a team of 5 ServiceNow consultants. - Manage end‑to‑end project delivery including design, planning, and release activities. - Ensure platform governance, documentation, and standardized operational processes. - Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities.
