Job description

- 56+ years of experience in **Test Automation / QA Engineering**. - Hands-on experience with **COPADO Robotic Testing (CRT)**. - Strong knowledge of **Salesforce testing** (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, custom apps). - Experience with **automation frameworks**, UI testing, and browser automation. - Understanding of **CI/CD**, version control (Git), and DevOps practices. - Experience with **API testing tools** (Postman, REST, SOAP) is a plus. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Good analytical skills, debugging ability, and attention to detail. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using COPADO Robotic Testing (CRT). - Well-versed in using, implementing, and creating custom Keywords in CRT. - Perform functional, regression, UI, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce and integrated applications. - Create test scenarios, test data, and reusable automation components. - Integrate CRT automation with Copado CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and deployment processes. - Identify testing gaps and propose improvements for automation coverage.
