Job description

We are looking for a **skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer** with 45 years of professional experience. You will join a team responsible for a suite of internal enterprise applications — each solving real operational problems at scale. Across these applications, you will work on: - **Case & workflow management systems** — multi-step workflows, escalation pipelines, investigation tracking, delegation models, and audit trails. - **Campaign and task distribution platforms** — data ingestion from multiple sources (CSV, Excel, Snowflake), task payload generation, real-time delivery, and configurable workspaces. - **Reporting and analytics tools** — aggregated data views, batch exports, dashboards, and operational metrics. - **Scheduling and roster management systems** — shift management, calendar operations, manager on-duty workflows, and self-service portals. - **Service and dispute management tools** — form-based case intake, search, status tracking, and regional compliance workflows. All applications are built on a consistent PHP/Laravel stack, deployed on Kubernetes, and deeply integrated with internal authentication and data infrastructure. - Design, build, and maintain **full-stack features** across PHP/Laravel backends and Vue.js/Livewire frontends. - Develop and maintain **RESTful APIs** and integrate with internal services and third-party platforms. - Build **reactive, real-time UI components** using Livewire and/or Vue.js. - Design and optimize **PostgreSQL schemas**, write efficient queries, and manage database migrations. - Work with **asynchronous processing pipelines** — queue workers, batch jobs, scheduled tasks, and background data imports. - Contribute to **Kubernetes-based deployments**, write Dockerfiles, and manage multi-environment CI/CD pipelines (Dev, UAT, Production). - Implement and uphold **security best practices** — OIDC/LDAP authentication, role-based authorization, data encryption, and input validation. - Write comprehensive **unit, feature, and end-to-end tests** to ensure correctness and prevent regressions. - Instrument applications for **observability** using Sentry (error tracking) and Splunk (log aggregation). - Collaborate with product managers, operations teams, and engineers across multiple applications to **deliver reliable, scalable solutions**. - Participate in **code reviews**, contribute to technical discussions, and support junior team members when needed.
