We are a global leader in the technology arena and there's nothing that can stop us from growing together. **Experience Range: 7 - 10 Yrs** **What we are looking for** **Must Have** Experience in **Windows Server + VMware vSphere administration (L2/L3)** in enterprise environments - Strong hands-on experience with **Windows Server 2016/2019/2022**, including: - Server build, configuration, troubleshooting, patching, and performance tuning - Core services understanding: AD integration, DNS, DHCP, NTP, certificate basics - Strong experience with **VMware vSphere**: - ESXi host management, vCenter operations, cluster management, resource optimization - vMotion, Storage vMotion, HA/DRS, datastore operations, snapshots (best practices) - Experience in **incident resolution**, problem management, RCA, and SLA-driven operations - Knowledge of **backup/restore and DR operations** (Veeam/Commvault/NetBackup or similar) - Familiarity with **monitoring tools** (SCOM/SolarWinds/vROps) and proactive health checks - Understanding of **server security hardening**, vulnerability remediation coordination, and audit compliance - Working knowledge of **PowerShell** for automation and operational efficiencies is preferred> Provide **L2/L3 support** for Windows server and VMware infrastructure in a 24x7 / shift-based model (as applicable) - Perform Windows server administration: - Provisioning, configuration, patching, troubleshooting OS/app/service issues - Capacity monitoring, performance optimization, and availability improvements - Perform VMware administration: - Manage vCenter, ESXi hosts, clusters, HA/DRS configurations, and resource allocations - Troubleshoot VM performance issues, datastore latency, host alarms, and vSphere events - Execute and support **change management activities**: - Risk assessment, implementation plans, rollback plans, and post-change validation - Handle **backup/restore requests**, DR drills support, and ensure backup compliance - Work with security teams on **hardening, vulnerability remediation**, and audit evidence - aintain SOPs/runbooks and ensure accurate documentation (build docs, diagrams, CMDB updates) - Collaborate with application, network, storage, and security teams for cross-domain resolution> **Minimum Qualification:** - 15 years of full-time education Interested candidates kindly respond with your updated CV for further discussion *Disclaimer: We encourage you to register at www.tcs.com/careers for exploring an exciting career with TCS.
