**Job Description** Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking experienced **PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultants** with strong expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM). The ideal candidate should possess a blend of functional and technical knowledge, with experience in implementation, support, enhancements, integrations, and production support projects. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions in PeopleSoft FSCM. - Configure, customize, and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules. - Work on requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, testing, and deployment activities. - Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments. - Develop and support PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, Integration Broker, and BI Publisher reports. - Support system integrations with ERP, Finance, HRMS, and third-party applications. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution. - Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. - Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. **Required Skills** - Hands-on experience in **Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional**. - Strong knowledge of FSCM modules such as: - **General Ledger (GL)** - **Accounts Payable (AP)** - **Accounts Receivable (AR)** - **Asset Management (AM)** - **Purchasing (PO)** - **Inventory Management** - **Project Costing** - **Expenses** - Experience with: - PeopleCode - Application Engine - SQR - Integration Broker - Component Interface - BI Publisher - SQL/PLSQL - Experience in implementation, support, upgrade, or enhancement projects. - Strong understanding of financial and supply chain business processes. **Eligibility Criteria** - Overall Experience: **4-12 Years** - Relevant experience in **PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional**. - Minimum one end-to-end implementation or support project. - Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a global delivery environment. **Preferred Skills** - PeopleSoft FSCM Upgrade Experience. - Cloud Integration Experience. - Oracle Database Knowledge. - PeopleSoft Certifications (Preferred).
