**Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide go live support for SAP CRM projects, ensuring seamless transition from development to production. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to IDOCs (Intermediate Documents) and TPM implementation. - Develop expertise in SAP middleware technologies such as XI/PI and SOA Suite to integrate various systems. - Offer technical guidance on SAP CRM functional aspects, including sales, marketing, service, and customer service modules. - Participate in virtual drives to deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 6-11 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on SAP CRM Functional. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Strong understanding of Go Live Support processes and ability to work independently during night shifts. - Proficiency in developing knowledge around IDOCs (Intermediate Documents) and TPM Implementation.
