**Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide functional consultancy services for UK payroll processing using SAP HCM. - Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve them efficiently. - Implement payroll processes from scratch, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions. - Conduct audits and reviews of existing payroll systems to identify areas for improvement. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 6-10 years of experience in UK Payroll Processing or related field (SAP HCM). - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Strong understanding of Integration concepts between different modules within an ERP system like SAP HCM. - Proficiency in Troubleshooting Payroll Issues using various tools such as Payroll PCR.
