**Position:** Oracle Fusion Financials Engineer **Experience:** 4 to 6 Years **Location:** Bangalore **Company:** TCS **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial modules to support implementation, enhancement, integration, and production support initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess functional knowledge of finance processes and hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. - Work on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM) processes. - Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. - Support data migration activities using FBDI/ADFDI and other Oracle tools. - Develop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI Publisher. - Collaborate with technical and business teams for integrations and enhancements. - Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support. - Participate in implementation, upgrade, and support projects. Required Skills - 46 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials. - Strong knowledge of: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Fixed Assets (FA) - Cash Management - Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion configuration and support. - Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and ADFDI. - Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is desirable. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
