**Job Title: Appian Developer / Appian BPM Consultant** **Experience:** 9+ Years **Interview Mode:** Virtual **Interview Date:** 5th August **Location:** Pan India **Job Summary** Looking for experienced **Appian Developers / Appian BPM Consultants** to design, develop, and deploy enterprise workflow and business process management solutions using the Appian Low-Code Platform. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and implement applications using the **Appian BPM Platform** - Create and maintain **Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Records, Reports, and Business Rules** - Develop integrations with external systems using **REST/SOAP APIs** - Work on workflow automation, case management, and business process optimization - Perform application enhancements, code reviews, and performance tuning - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements - Support testing, deployment, and production support activities - Follow Appian development best practices and governance standards **Requirements** - 9+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in **Appian Development / BPM** - Hands-on experience with **Appian SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, and Integrations** - Strong knowledge of **Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow Automation** - Experience integrating Appian with enterprise applications and databases - Knowledge of **SQL, REST APIs, and Web Services** - Experience in implementation, enhancement, and support projects - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills **Preferred Skills** - **Appian L2 Certification or above** - Experience in Appian Tempo, Sites, and Case Management solutions - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies - Experience with cloud-based Appian deployments - Appian Lead Developer experience is an added advantage
