**Job Title: Appian Developer/Appian BPM** **Location:** Pan India **Experience:** 4 -10 Years **Job Summary** We are looking for experienced **Appian Developers** with a **minimum of 4+ years of relevant Appian development experience**. Candidates must hold an **Appian L2 Certification (or higher)** and have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Appian BPM applications. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and deploy applications using the **Appian Low-Code Platform** - Create and maintain **process models, interfaces, records, reports, and integrations** - Develop and optimize **workflows, business rules, and expressions** - Integrate Appian with external systems using **REST/SOAP APIs** - Participate in requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment - Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support - Follow Appian best practices and development standards **Requirements** - **4+ years of relevant experience as an Appian Developer** - **Appian L2 Certification or above (Mandatory)**; L3 certification is an added advantage - Strong hands-on experience with **SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, and Integrations** - Experience with **Appian BPM, Workflow Automation, and Case Management** - Knowledge of **SQL, REST/SOAP Web Services, and API integrations** - Experience in application deployment and performance optimization - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills **Preferred Skills** - Appian L2 or above Certification - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Exposure to cloud environments and DevOps practices
