Role: SAP FICO HANA Exp: 6-10 years Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad ,Pune, Kochi, Kolkata, NCR, Delhi Virtual Interview: 20-June-26 Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 610 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business process analysis, SAP configuration, implementation, support, and integration with other SAP modules. Key Responsibilities - Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules, including: - General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Asset Accounting (AA) - Bank Accounting - Cost Center Accounting (CCA) - Profit Center Accounting (PCA) - Internal Orders - Product Costing and COPA - Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. - Work closely with business stakeholders for process improvements and system enhancements. - Handle end-to-end implementation, rollout, support, and upgrade projects. - Perform configuration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities. - Support integration with MM, SD, PP, HCM, and other SAP modules. - Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and interfaces. - Conduct UAT, user training, and post-go-live support. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Required Skills - 6–10 years of SAP FICO experience. - Strong experience in SAP FI and CO configuration. - Hands-on experience in implementation, rollout, or support projects. - Good understanding of financial accounting and controlling business processes. - Experience with integration points between FI/CO and MM, SD modules. - Knowledge of GST, taxation, banking processes, and financial compliance. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication and client-facing experience. Preferred Skills - SAP S/4HANA Finance experience. - Experience in Central Finance, Group Reporting, or FSCM. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications. - SAP certification in FICO/S4HANA Finance preferred.
