**Job Title: Workday Human Resource Management (HCM) Consultant** **Location:** Pan India **Experience:** 4-8 Years **Job Summary:** Looking for skilled **Workday HCM Consultants** to configure, implement, and support core HR solutions, enabling efficient HR operations and workforce management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and support **Workday HCM modules** (Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Benefits) - Manage **business processes, security, and organizational structures** - Develop **reports, dashboards, and calculated fields** - Gather and translate business requirements into Workday solutions - Support **implementation, enhancements, and production issues** - Ensure data accuracy and system optimization **Requirements:** - Strong experience in **Workday HCM Functional/Configuration** - Knowledge of **core HR processes and workflows** - Experience in **Workday reporting and business process framework** - Exposure to **implementations or support projects** - Good communication and analytical skills
