ICICI Lombard is looking for dynamic inside sales team leaders to manage our health insurance sales process. In this role, you will lead a team of 5-10 agents, driving core BPO operational metrics, sales conversion, and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of 5-10 agents. Drive Sales targets individually and through team ( Revenue, Premium & Conversions %) Monitor Daily Weekly and Monthly KPIs Help the team reach daily and monthly targets Track daily performance, talk time & attendance Guide agents to improve sales, upselling and customer calls Handle customer escalations and run daily team huddles Must Haves: Excellent Communication skills & typing skills Minimum 2 years of relevant Outbound Sales experience of (Preffered - Health Insurance ) Share your CV - Harpreet - 8839890225
