This position is for IXD looking after both inbound and DA DepartmentKey job responsibilities1. Daily Management of shift:2. Administrative management of associates3. Job allocation to associates4. Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.5. Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues6. Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans7. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates8. Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis
