Job description: Job Description **Team Lead – Content Moderation (Mandatory)** **Location:** Bangalore, India **Experience:** 2+ Years **Shift:** 24/7 (5 days a week, rotational week offs) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Team Lead – Content Review** to manage a team handling **high-tech account content moderation (100% Non-Voice)** . The candidate should have strong expertise in **content review, particularly Child Safety content** , along with proven team management capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end team performance including **Accuracy, AHT, SLAs, Attrition, Shrinkage, and Development** - Lead, guide, and mentor a team of content reviewers - Drive quality, productivity, and operational excellence - Analyze data and implement process improvements - Handle sensitive content including **Child Safety moderation** - Ensure adherence to compliance, policies, and timelines - Stay updated on **trending topics (Political, Sports, Entertainment, Sensitive events)** **Required Skills & Competencies** - Strong **team management and leadership skills** - Good **analytical and data interpretation abilities** - Excellent **communication skills (CEFR B2 – English R/W/S)** - Strong **observation, listening, and decision-making skills** - Ability to think creatively and drive process improvements - Comfortable working in a **24/7 work environment** **Eligibility Criteria** - Graduate in any discipline - Minimum **2+ years of experience in Content Review / High-tech accounts (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)** - **Mandatory experience in handling Child Safety content** **Preferred Qualifications** - Lean / Six Sigma certification - Basic computer knowledge **Additional Details** - Language Requirement: English (CEFR B2) - Nationality: Indian - Notice Period: Within 30 days preferred Mandatory Skills: Content Moderation .
