**Greetings From Omega Healthcare!!!** **Position / Title: Data Team Lead (Hospital Billing)** **Experience: 6 to 10 years** **Location: Chennai** **Notice Period: 15 days** **Job Description -** - Manage and lead a team of 20+ team members in the Hospital Billing process. - Oversee day-to-day HB billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. - Monitor productivity, quality, SLA and TAT adherence. - Ensure accurate charge entry, claim submission, billing and account updates as per client requirements. - Review process errors and identify areas for improvement. - Analyze team performance and provide coaching and feedback. - Identify training needs and work closely with Quality & Training teams. - Address team members' concerns and resolve issues or conflicts. - Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance reports. - Drive process compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. **Job Specifications -** - 6+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with strong experience in Hospital Billing (HB). - Minimum 1+ year of experience in Team Lead / supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of Hospital Billing, charge entry, claims submission, billing workflows and US insurance guidelines. - Good understanding of productivity, quality, SLA and TAT metrics. - Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication, people management and decision-making skills. - Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume environment. **Interested candidates can share their updated resume at:** **Suriyakala.Rajasekar@omegahms.com**
