Team Lead - Deputy Delivery Hub Manager

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** Own inventory management at the delivery hub, including stock accuracy, ageing, DOH, and overall stock health. - Drive shrinkage control by identifying loss points, implementing SOPs, audits, and corrective actions. - Manage end-to-end store operations inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns, and reconciliation. - Ensure strict adherence to process, safety, and compliance standards across shifts. - Define, track, and improve operational KPIs like fill rate, inventory accuracy, shrink %, productivity, and SLA adherence. - Lead manpower planning and handling — rostering, productivity tracking, performance management, and on-ground issue resolution. - Use data to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and drive continuous efficiency gains. - Handle escalations related to inventory mismatch, manpower shortages, or operational disruptions. - Drive training and capability building for team members to ensure consistent execution at scale
