Job description

**Qualification:** Bachelor degree / BE., / B.Tech., in Computer Science with Information & Cyber Security. **Experience:** 10 + years experience in Information & Cyber Security, Application Management, Data Privacy, Data Protection, Encryption, etc. **Skills:** (a) Knowledge on application system workflow and data flow (b) Practical knowledge on data Privacy, DPDPA wotj understanding of Information Security Framework (c ) Knowledge on application architecture more particularly on data flow (d) Strong documentation, process mapping and IT system familiarity (e) Consent Management - Implement and manage (f) Privacy Notice Implement and manage (g) Privacy Impact Assessment Implement, Review and assess across the applications (h) Privacy Impact Assessment Implement, Review and assess across the functional departments (i) Privacy Impact Assessment Implement, Review and assess across the third party service providers **Roles and Responsibilities:** (a) The selected candidate has to work at the said location and lead the project on Data Privacy and Compliance with DPDP Act 2023. (b) He / She is responsible for periodic compliance in line with regulatory requirement on data privacy. (c ) He / She is responsible to co-ordinate with audit system on various aspects relating to Data Privacy (d) He / She is responsible to carry out periodic Data Privacy Impact assessment on the applications, departments and third party service providers
