Learn more about Assurance **Key Job Responsibilities** - Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics. - Apply advanced statistical techniques for hypothesis testing, feature engineering, and experimental design. - Design and implement Generative AI solutions (RAG pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, prompt engineering) to solve domain-specific challenges. - Work with structured and unstructured data (text, images, etc.) to derive actionable insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to integrate models into scalable systems. - Automate data workflows, improve pipelines, and ensure high-quality data for modeling. - Communicate findings effectively through dashboards, reports, and presentations. **Desired qualifications** - Strong foundation in **Statistics, Probability, and Linear Algebra**. - BE/ Btech educational background. - Hands-on experience with **Python**, and ML libraries such as **scikit-learn, Langchain, and Langgraph**. - Practical knowledge of **Generative AI** (LLMs, LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases, prompt engineering). - Expertise in **Traditional ML algorithms** (Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost, Clustering, NLP methods). - Experience in working with large datasets, SQL/NoSQL databases, and data preprocessing. - Familiarity with **cloud platforms (Azure)** and deployment frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI, Flask). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
