**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Lead Industrial Design Projects:** Lead end-to-end industrial design projects from concept to production, delivering customer-centric products that balance aesthetics, usability, engineering feasibility, manufacturability, and commercial objectives. Drive design excellence by guiding concept development, form exploration, CMF, detailing, and production intent while ensuring consistency with the company's design language and brand identity. **Build Customer-Centric Innovative Product Design Solutions** Drive customer-centric innovation by translating consumer insights, market trends, and emerging technologies into differentiated product solutions that align with business objectives. Develop innovative product concepts that balance user desirability, functionality, manufacturability, and commercial viability while exploring new product architectures, materials, and processes. Contribute to future product roadmaps and category strategies through design-led thinking, competitive benchmarking, and a strong focus on enhancing user experience and brand differentiation. **Drive Design Excellence & Capability Development** Develop designers by fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning while maintaining high standards of design quality and execution. Strengthen team capabilities through regular design reviews, constructive feedback, and skill development in design thinking, visualization, CAD, prototyping, and storytelling. Drive continuous improvement by establishing robust design processes, standardizing workflows and documentation, and promoting best practices to enhance design efficiency, consistency, and cross-functional collaboration. Mentor team members by providing performance feedback, and building a culture of accountability, innovation, and design excellence. **Project Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration** Lead multiple industrial design programs by effectively planning resources, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products aligned with business objectives. Foster strong collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing & Manufacturing teams to drive seamless product development. **EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS-**B.Des /M.Des in Industrial Design /Product design or equivalent **Work Experience** - 8-12 years of Industrial Design experience. - Minimum 2-3 years leading design teams or mentoring designers. - Experience developing consumer products from concept through production. - Experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Automotive, Furniture, Lifestyle Products, Medical Devices, or related industries. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including injection molding, sheet metal, die casting, extrusion, and surface finishes. **CERTIFICATIONS** **PREFERRED/ ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT** Expert user of Blender,Rhino, Keyshot, Plasticity , AI tools: Vizcom , Adobe creative suite
