**Job description** **We're Hiring Team Lead (Operations)** **Company: Delhivery Limited** **Position: Team Lead** **Location: Krishnapuram, Tirunelveli** **Salary: 23,000 Take-Home per month** **Open Positions** **Team Lead Hub Operations: 2 Vacancies** **Team Lead Last Mile Operations: 1 Vacancy** **Team Lead PC Processing: 1 Vacancy** **Team Lead B2B Operations: 1 Vacancy** **Team Lead B2C Operations: 1 Vacancy** **Eligibility Criteria** **Minimum 1+ year of experience in the logistics, supply chain, courier, e-commerce, or warehouse industry.** **Experience in handling operations, manpower, and process execution.** **Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.** **Ability to work in rotational shifts.** **Key Responsibilities** **Team Lead Hub Operations** **Manage day-to-day hub operations.** **Monitor inbound and outbound shipments.** **Lead and supervise warehouse associates.** **Ensure timely sorting, dispatch, and operational accuracy.** **Maintain productivity and adherence to SOPs.** **Team Lead – Last Mile Operations** **Manage delivery executives and daily dispatch activities.** **Monitor delivery performance and SLA adherence.** **Resolve delivery-related escalations.** **Ensure route planning and manpower availability.** **Improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.** **Team Lead – PC Processing** **Oversee parcel processing, sorting, scanning, and quality checks.** **Ensure shipment accuracy and timely processing.** **Monitor process compliance and operational productivity.** **Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.** **Team Lead – B2B Operations** **Handle business shipment operations and bulk consignments.** **Ensure timely processing and dispatch of B2B shipments.** **Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.** **Track shipment movement and resolve operational issues.** **Team Lead – B2C Operations** **Manage customer shipment processing and dispatch.** **Monitor order flow and delivery performance.** **Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs.** **Coordinate with delivery teams to achieve service levels.** **What We Offer** **23,000 Take-Home Salary** **Career growth opportunities with Delhivery** **Dynamic and fast-paced work environment** **Learning and development opportunities** **Location: Krishnapuram, Tirunelveli** **Interested candidates can share their updated resume to: balaji.km@delhivery.com**
