# **Team Leader** Date: Jul 30, 2026 Location: Bangalore, KA, IN Requisition ID: 21735 Description: **Location:** Bangalore **Grade:** F2 **Designation:** Team Leader **Process:** Nationwide Building Society (**NBS**) **Number of Positions:** 02 **Minimum Criteria:** - All F2 and G grade employees can apply. It will be a lateral movement for F2 grade employees and vertical movement for G grade employees. - Applicants should have completed a minimum tenure of 18 months in the organization and 12 months in their current role as on 01st May 2026. - Performance rating of Valued Achiever or above in the last 6 months. - No documented disciplinary issues/PIP in the last 6 months and till closure of IMP. - **Minimum of 2 years of experience in Team management (Banking Operations) is mandatory**. **Role & Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage a team to achieve productivity, quality, and SLA targets. - Monitor performance through KPIs and drive improvements via audit, coaching, and feedback. - Ensure adherence to process, compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Identify process gaps and drive improvements in collaboration with relevant teams. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. - Manage client POC through regular daily and weekly connects, ensuring alignment and issue resolution. - Prepare and analyze MIS reports, highlighting risks and insights. - Support onboarding, training, and continuous upskilling of team members. - Manage workload distribution and ensure optimal resource utilization. - Handle escalations and resolve process or customer-impacting issues. - Drive team engagement and support retention initiatives. - Identify risks and implement controls to ensure operational stability. **Educational/Professional Qualifications:** - Must be a Graduate. **Required Skills:** - Should be quality driven. - Should be comfortable with rotational shifts. - Basic knowledge of MS-Office (Excel and Word). - Proficiency in Grammatically correct English Communication. - Rapport building skills. - No absenteeism or tardiness issues. - Willing to take on challenging assignments. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and during holiday / weekend. - Ability to work under pressure. - Ability to deliver on time and as per specifications. - Presentation skills (plus factor). - Confident, patient, and positive mindset. **Competencies that will be Assessed:** - Leadership skills. - Process, People and client management. **Selection Procedure:** - HR Screening - Group Discussion - Personal Interview **Application Process & Timelines:** **Last date to apply on the job posting is 25****th** **May 2026** PS: Strictly no extension allowed on Timelines **The selected candidates must be released with immediate effect from the date of the announcement of the results.** Apply now
