**Role & responsibilities** You will be responsible for driving & motivating sales officers focused on acquiring merchants and adoption of QR code and EDC (POS terminal) payment solutions. This role involves strategic planning, performance tracking, and ensuring high levels of merchant engagement and activation. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Sales Officers to acquire merchants, drive adoption of QR code and EDC (POS terminal) payment solutions, and achieve Personal Loan (PL) lead generation targets. This role includes strategic planning, performance tracking, and ensuring high levels of merchant engagement and activation **Key Responsibilities:** - **Team Management:** - Train, motivate and drive a team of Sales officers to achieve salestargets. - Train, motivate and drive a team of Sales officers to achieve sales & PL targets. - Conduct regular field coaching sessions. - Conduct regular field coaching and call monitoring sessions - **Sales Strategy & Execution:** - Develop and implement sales plans to drive merchant acquisition and transaction growth. - Monitor daily field activities and ensure adherence to sales processes. - Monitor daily field and calling activities to ensure adherence to processes. - **Merchant Acquisition & Retention:** - Support the team in onboarding merchants for QR and EDC solutions. - Support the team in onboarding merchants for QR, EDC solutions and logging PL cases. - Ensure high activation rates and sustained usage through relationship management. - Ensure high merchant activation rates, sustained usage of digital payment solutions, and achievement of Personal Loan (PL) targets through effective relationship management. - **Reporting & Analytics:** - Track performance of sales officers metrics including activations, transactions, and revenue. - Track performance metrics of Sales Officers, including activations, Personal Loan (PL) cases, transactions, and revenue - Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management. - **Compliance & Documentation:** - Ensure proper KYC collection and adherence to regulatory guidelines. - Audit merchant documentation and resolve onboarding discrepancies. - **Stakeholder Coordination:** - Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve merchant issues. - Liaise with internal stakeholdersincluding Operations, Credit, and Collections—to resolve merchant and Personal Loan (PL) related issues.
