Job description

This position is responsible for assisting the Manager-Security Services with day-to-day security operations. The position is also responsible for day-to-day supervision of the physical security infrastructure that protects American Express, its employees, contractors and customers against harm and losses. • Minimum of 3 years of corporate security experience required; degree in Security Management or Criminal Justice preferred. • Proven self-starter with excellent time management, problem solving and decision-making skills to effectively direct security activities in a culturally diverse work force and handle emergencies, crises, and stressful situations calmly, quickly, and professionally. • Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with all levels of management and business partners. • Awareness of AI integration in Physical Security, including AI-enabled CCTV/video analytics, intelligent access control, alarm monitoring, threat detection, incident management, and emerging security technologies. • Executive protection experience. • Effective written/verbal communication skills.
