- 1. DesignEexperience of Automotive Restraint components like Airbags,Steering wheel and Seat belts - 2. Hands on experince on overall Restraint system design development process activities involved at every stages of Program. - 3. Knowledge of engineering plastic materials and processes, dimensional management, GDT. - 4. Hands on experience on Product life cycle management system (PLM) -TCE TCUA. - 5.Creating Engineering Concept design, master sections, macro feasibility during styling stage - 6.Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP - 7.Knowledge of Restraint regulations - 8.Good analytical, logical and interpersonal skills - 9.Good knowledge of Catia V5-3D modeling in surfacing as well as solid. Generating 2D drawings,3D annotation etc Job Responsibility: Project delivery related to engineering and design from kick off to implementation including QFD, benchmarking
