**Key Result Areas** **Supporting Actions** CSR Project & Partnership - To explore & identify prospective credible project implementing agencies & impactful project, in the thematic areas identified by company. - Submit the prospective project & project implementing agency details to ABC CSR head for approval of ABC screening committee & CSR committee. NGO onboarding & compliance - To gather all the due-diligence documents related partnership between NGO & company - To partner with compliance/ various stake holders on legal/ reporting requirement of CSR e.g. annual report, BRSR, integrated reporting etc. - To build strong relationship with project implementing agency. Employee engagement, CSR awareness, Pride, Branding - Holding events & communication internally - To create widespread awareness through various modes of communication about CSR - Co-branding with NGO of collaterals around CSR activities. - Report writing and documentation all activity / events. - Ensure activities are captured for documentation. Strategize, plan & involve employees in various CSR initiatives Project Monitoring - Tracking progress with periodic review, against plan and onsite visit. - Budget spend tracking - Research, drafting of findings, analysis and reports. Ensuring the program & proposal, implementation, monitoring, impact assessment etc. are as per the legal and statutory guidelines as defined under the Company’s Act, Schedule VII, CSR MIS & Data - Periodic MIS preparation & appropriate MIS maintenance - Reporting MIS and relevant data to the stakeholders and internal team Preparing ppt of projects, input, outcome, impact etc. for various requirements including CSR committee/ Board.
