Job description

Job Purpose - Manage operational activities across branches and ensure adherence to policies, TAT, audit, and compliance standards. Key operational responsibilities Monitor daily branch operational activities. - Review documentation and operational controls. - Ensure timely processing of disbursement, renewal, and closure requests. - Track operational MIS and productivity reports. - Coordinate with audit, risk, and compliance teams. - Support resolution of customer escalations. - Monitor branch-level discrepancies and exceptions. - Conduct process training for branch teams. **Skills Required -** Strong operational and analytical skills. - Knowledge of gold loan lifecycle management. - Team coordination and process management. - MIS reporting and audit handling capability.
