Responsibilities include verification of loan documents, coordinating with stakeholders for timely processing, managing customer queries, and maintaining accurate records for audit and reporting purposes. The role also involves addressing discrepancies and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth disbursement process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurdaspur. **Qualifications** - Knowledge of loan processing and documentation compliance - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in customer service and effective communication - Ability to navigate and work with financial systems and software - Problem-solving aptitude and capability to ensure smooth workflows - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field - Previous experience in banking or financial services is advantageous
