Job Responsibilities Translate user stories into technical solutions Specify solutions for development team Establish requirements gathering framework Analyze systems for performance improvement Document new business requirements Break down goals into user stories Validate domain service data accuracy Define clear acceptance criteria Identify potential error scenarios Manage technical sprint activities Define project goals and ensure execution Account for project challenges and risks Update stakeholders on development progress Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent Key Skills Software development experience Led teams as engineering/architecture lead Application development knowledge Cloud-native application building Agile software development background Engineering practices Analytical and problem-solving skills Develop creative, efficient solutions Energized by complex problem solving Push innovation on solutions Experience Required 15+ years in software development Major Stakeholders Branch Banking Team Alternate Channels Credit / RIC IT – BSG / TSG Product teams Operations Sales Excellence Team RBCU Finance BIU
