**Job Title –** GCC Technology Advisory Analyst **Management Level:** 11 – Analyst **Location:** Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata **Must have skills:** GCC Strategy concepts, Technology Operating Model, Research & Analysis, Business Case Development, PowerPoint & Excel (Advanced) **Good to have skills:** IT Governance, RACI Design, Agile Concepts, Data Visualization (Power BI / Tableau), AI in SDLC concepts **Job Summary:** - Execute analytical and research work for **GCC strategy and digital transformation engagements**, delivering high-quality outputs with ownership of assigned tasks and milestones - Develop **financial models, cost analyses, benchmarking frameworks, process documentation, and client-ready presentations** across GCC advisory and technology strategy projects - **Contribute to GCC setup advisory work** spanning operating model design, location strategy, GCC process and tooling assessments, IT governance design, KPI frameworks, and sourcing strategy - **Support business development activities** by preparing market research, pitch materials, and proposal sections - **Collaborate proactively within engagement teams**, flagging issues early and contributing structured thinking to problem-solving discussions - Build domain expertise in **GCC strategy, digital transformation, IT governance, value realization, and technology advisory** - **Develop GCC strategy frameworks** around BOT/ABO models, integrated governance, RACI design, maturity assessment, and technology enablement for new entity setups **Roles & Responsibilities:** - **GCC Strategy Analysis:** conduct location strategy, cost-benefit, and talent availability analyses; develop quantitative models to compare captive, BOT, ABO, and hybrid GCC setup options - **Cost Analysis and Value Realization:** build cost models covering setup, transition, and steady-state run costs for GCC and technology transformation scenarios; develop value realization trackers that map benefit categories (cost, productivity, quality, strategic) to investment milestones and timelines - **KPI Frameworks:** support design of KPI frameworks for GCC and IT performance management; develop KPI inventories, metric definitions, measurement approaches, and reporting templates aligned to client governance structures - **Capability Maturity Assessment:** execute maturity assessments across GCC functions, IT processes, or technology domains using structured frameworks; compile findings, score capability levels, and support development of improvement roadmaps - **GCC Processes and Tooling:** assess GCC operating processes including demand management, service catalogue design, project intake workflows, and performance reporting mechanisms; research and evaluate tooling options (ITSM, PPM, reporting platforms) for GCC contexts - **IT Governance Design:** contribute to designing IT governance frameworks for GCC entities, including governance council structures, decision rights documentation, policy frameworks, and escalation protocols - **RACI and Interaction Model Design:** develop and refine RACI matrices and IT interaction models defining accountabilities across the GCC, parent organization, business units, and vendors; document interfaces and collaboration norms across organizational boundaries - **Operating Model Design:** document current-state operating models, map organizational structures, and develop design options for future-state models in GCC and shared services contexts - **Technology Strategy:** assist in application portfolio assessments, enterprise architecture documentation, IT operating model gap analyses, and digital strategy framework development - **AI in SDLC:** research and document use cases for AI integration in software development lifecycles, including AI-assisted coding tools, intelligent testing frameworks, and their applicability to GCC delivery models; contribute to client-facing points of view on AI-enabled engineering **Professional & Technical Skills:** - **2–5 years** **of total experience; prior exposure to strategy consulting**, technology advisory, or corporate strategy preferred; Tier-1 MBA graduates with strong internship experience in relevant domains will be considered - **Understanding of GCC/GBS concepts**, digital strategy frameworks, and technology operating models - Ability to **build cost models, TCO analyses, and value realization frameworks**; comfort working with financial and operational data to develop investment and business case narratives - Familiarity with **KPI design and performance measurement concepts**; ability to define metrics, structure reporting, and link KPIs to strategic and operational objectives - Exposure to **maturity assessment frameworks** and the ability to score, document, and communicate capability levels across functions or processes - Awareness of **IT governance concepts** including governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL), decision rights design, and RACI-based accountability models - **Basic familiarity with GCC tooling ecosystems** – ITSM, project management, and reporting platforms - **Awareness of AI trends** in software delivery and engineering, including AI-assisted development tools and their implications for GCC workforce design - **Strong analytical capabilities –** ability to build models, conduct quantitative analysis, and synthesize data from multiple sources into clear, structured insights - **Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel**;
