Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Tech Lead - Salesforce Integration Lead/Expert As principal consultant you are specializing in Salesforce Integration, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce integration solutions across enterprise systems. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to clients, guiding them through digital transformation initiatives and ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other platforms.   Responsibilities • Integration Strategy & Architecture • Design scalable integration architectures using Salesforce APIs, middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and custom solutions. • Define integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven) tailored to client needs. • Project Leadership • Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of Salesforce integration projects. • Facilitate workshops to gather business and technical requirements. • Solution Development • Develop and deploy custom integration solutions using Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party connectors. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems. • Client Engagement • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business goals into technical solutions. • Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies. • undefined • Documentation & Training• Create detailed technical documentation and integration playbooks. • Mentor junior consultants and conduct client training sessions.   Qualifications we seek in you!
