Tech Lead - Power Platform & AI

Job description

Area(s) of responsibility Tech Lead - Power Platform & AI - Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse in a scalable, governed model - Architect and implement AI Builder and Copilot Studio–based solutions, including custom copilots and agentic workflows. - Drive end-to-end automation initiatives, integrating workflows with ERP and enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle fusion, APIs). - Design and develop API integrations and connectors to enable seamless data exchange across systems. - Define solution architecture, reusable components, and development standards aligned with enterprise governance (CoE). - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and translate them into AI-led business applications and automation solutions. - Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization across all solutions and environments. - Provide strong client-facing communication, driving workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs. - Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of solutions. - Demonstrate excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
