**We are looking forward to hire Talend Professionals in the following areas :** **Experience Level 7+ Years** Job Title **Talend Tech Lead** Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Talend Tech Lead** to design, develop, and lead enterprise data integration solutions using the Talend platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of ETL developers, driving data integration initiatives, ensuring data quality, and delivering scalable data pipelines that support business and analytics requirements. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and implementation of ETL/ELT solutions using **Talend Data Integration** and related Talend products. - Manage end-to-end data integration projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. - Architect and optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, analysts, and project managers to understand data requirements. - Lead technical reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. - Develop and maintain data mapping, transformation logic, workflows, and technical documentation. - Implement data quality, data governance, and data validation processes. - Monitor ETL jobs and troubleshoot production issues to ensure smooth operations. - Mentor and guide junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system integrations, cloud migrations, and data modernization initiatives. - Participate in effort estimation, project planning, and resource allocation. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. - **7+ years** of experience in Data Integration/ETL development. - **4+ years** of hands-on experience with **Talend Data Integration (DI)** , Talend Big Data, and Talend Administration Center (TAC). - Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. - Experience with Talend components including: - tMap - tJoin - tAggregateRow - tFileInput/Output - tDBInput/Output - tRESTClient - tJava/tJavaRow - Strong understanding of data migration, data transformation, and data quality frameworks. - Experience with version control tools such as Git, SVN, or Bitbucket. - Knowledge of Unix/Linux shell scripting. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
