**Summary** **Position Summary** Join Deloitte Cyber to help clients strengthen technology resilience and recovery capabilities across complex enterprise environments. As a Manager, you will lead client engagements focused on identifying resilience risks, designing recovery strategies, and implementing solutions that improve preparedness for cyber incidents, operational disruptions, and technology failures. You will work across infrastructure, cloud, backup, and recovery domains to help organizations improve operational continuity and recovery readiness. **Work you'll do** As a Manager on the Cyber Defense & Resilience team, you will be responsible for… - Lead technology resilience risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, technical risks, and single points of failure across enterprise environments - Design and implement cyber resilience, disaster recovery, incident response, and business continuity solutions aligned to client requirements - Design, build, and maintain isolated recovery environments and lead recovery of critical workloads, including Active Directory, databases, and applications - Assess infrastructure, application, network, storage, and cloud environments to improve resilience architecture, backup integrity, and recovery readiness - Lead recovery testing, simulation exercises, runbook development, and client preparedness activities across resilience programs **The team** Cyber Defense & Resilience teams help clients defend against sophisticated threats by transforming security operations, leveraging technology, data analytics, and threat intelligence for continuous monitoring and rapid incident response. They manage dynamic attack surfaces and support business continuity through services such as operational resilience, crisis and incident response, and security operations center transformation. Resilience as a Practice focuses on preparing organizations to anticipate, withstand, and recover from disruptions—including cyberattacks, natural disasters, and operational failures—by embedding resilience into processes, technology, and culture. Deloitte’s Resilience Team combines technical, operational, and strategic expertise to deliver integrated solutions for business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management, ensuring organizations meet regulatory demands and maintain stakeholder trust during crises. **Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai** **Shift Timings: Based on client / project needs** **Qualifications** Required: - 9+ years of experience with infrastructure architecture, application architecture, or both across on-premises and cloud environments - Experience with backup, recovery, or data protection tools such as Cohesity, Veeam, Zerto, Commvault, or Dell PowerProtect Data Manager - Experience designing, implementing, or managing cloud solutions across at least two major cloud service providers - Experience with network segmentation, virtual local area networks (VLANs), firewall policy management, or isolated recovery environments - Experience developing disaster recovery architecture, recovery procedures, and recovery testing strategies - Knowledge of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800.53, International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001, or governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Preferred: - Experience with cyber resilience, technology resilience, business continuity, or incident response programs - Experience with Active Directory, database recovery, and application recovery in isolated recovery environments - Experience with immutable storage, backup validation, and clean-room recovery processes - Experience with data center operations, facilities, and infrastructure environments - Certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), ISO 22301, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) - Experience with resilience and recovery tools such as BC in the Cloud (BCIC), Everbridge, Rubrik, or Commvault **Our purpose** Deloitte’s purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
