Engineering Lead – Java, Spring Boot, Microservices & Cloud **Location:** Greater Noida **Experience:** 10–18 Years Must-Have Skills - Java 8+/11/17/21 - Spring Boot - Microservices - AWS Cloud - Docker & Kubernetes (EKS) Good to Have - React.js Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and lead large-scale backend systems and microservices. - Drive cloud-native transformation and modernization initiatives on AWS EKS. - Build high-performance REST APIs using Spring Boot 2.x/3.x. - Lead Java upgrades and optimize application performance. - Implement observability, resilience, and reliability best practices. - Partner with DevOps teams on CI/CD, containerization, and platform engineering. - Troubleshoot production incidents and drive RCA activities. - Mentor teams and ensure engineering excellence across the platform. Technical Expertise Required - Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka/RabbitMQ - AWS Services (EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, ECR, CloudWatch, ALB/NLB) - Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) - Terraform/CloudFormation - JVM Tuning, Concurrency, Streams, CompletableFuture - Prometheus, Grafana, Distributed Tracing 2️⃣ Java Technical Architect 📍 **Location:** Greater Noida 💼 **Experience:** 10–18 Years Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled **Java Technical Architect** with extensive experience in Java 8+ and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have strong architecture and design experience, a passion for innovation, and the ability to lead engineering teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement robust Java-based applications using Java 8+. - Architect scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features. - Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness. - Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. - Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Mentor developers and drive engineering best practices. Mandatory Skills - Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and OOP concepts. - Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate. - Expertise in RESTful APIs and Web Services. - Strong database knowledge (SQL, MySQL, Oracle). - Experience with Git and version control systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
